Location: Online operations, shipping from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
2. Products and Services
Product Range: Luxury sunglasses exclusively.
Models: Luminiq Noir, Luminiq Écaille de Tortue (Tortue)
3. User Age Requirements
Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent to purchase.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. Luminiq does not store your financial details. All major payment methods are supported, including credit cards and PayPal.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship globally (North/South America, Europe, Oceania). Standard shipping is free, with optional expedited upgrades. Typical delivery times are 5–15 business days. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
Returns for defects or damages must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition. A 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear or misuse. Proof of purchase required.
7. Liability and Warranty Limitations
Luminiq’s liability is limited to the product purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Privacy and Data
Shopify securely manages transaction data. Luminiq only uses data for order fulfillment and customer service, following Shopify’s privacy standards.

All content, product designs, and brand materials are owned by Luminiq or its licensors and are protected under copyright.
